We do not offer every plan available in your area. Currently we represent 11 organizations which offer 46 different products in Indiana and in Texas offer 17 organizations and 65 different products. Please contact Medicare.gov or 1-800-MEDICARE, or your local State Health Insurance Program (SHIP) to get information on all your options.

Plans are insured or covered by a Medicare Advantage (HMO, PPO and PFFS) organization with a Medicare contract and/or a Medicare approved Part D sponsor. Enrollment in the plan depends on the plan's contract renewal with Medicare.

Medicare Annual Enrollment Period (AEP) is from October 15-December 7th to review Medicare Advantage Plans and Prescription Drug Plans. Open Enrollment Period is January 1-March 31st where a person can make one change from a MAPD. Please reach out to our agents for more information about this.

For Medicare supplements; a review can be scheduled all year long.

For our individual health insurance clients, the ACA-Exchange Marketplace, Annual Enrollment is from November 1, 2023-January 15, 2024. Any policy written after December 31st will have a February 1, 2024 start date. This is the time to make sure you are in the best plan for you and your family. We will help you check doctors and medications. Short term plans are available to begin all year long as soon as tomorrow if you can pass underwriting.

We also will help you if you have any claim issues. Sometimes it helps having a person on your side to review the claims and make sure you are paying the correct co-pay. You are not alone!
